Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods with tags attatched and original packaging to us with the original till receipt, within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit.

Riding hats can only be returned if the special instructions (included with each hat) are followed. Riding hats must be returned in a box (in addition to their own box with their tags attatched) which must be well-padded to prevent damage during transit. Riding hats will not be accepted for return if they are returned using inadequate packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on made to measure items or underwear.

Light Chaff is a blend of high-temperature dried alfalfa and oat straw with a sprinkling of mint and a very light dressing of soya oil, which encourages a shiny coat. It is high fibre and low calorie, as well as having a low starch and sugar content, so is ideal for good-doers, those prone to laminitis and those on a calorie-controlled diet. Indeed Light Chaff is the perfect accompaniment to Lo-Cal Balancer,which provides essential vitamins, minerals and quality protein without additional calories.

This combination is preferable to under feeding a “fortified” chaff, or one containing nutrients to support healthy hoof growth, as feeding the recommended amount of Lo-Cal balancer, plus as much or as little Light Chaff as you choose, will ensure your horse or pony doesn’t miss out on essential nutrient whilst also keeping calorie-intake down. Light Chaff is perfect for feeding to good-doers on limited grazing, as it can be fed to help maintain fibre intake without making a significant calorie contribution to the overall diet.
