Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods with tags attatched and original packaging to us with the original till receipt, within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit.

Riding hats can only be returned if the special instructions (included with each hat) are followed. Riding hats must be returned in a box (in addition to their own box with their tags attatched) which must be well-padded to prevent damage during transit. Riding hats will not be accepted for return if they are returned using inadequate packaging.

We are unable to accept returns on made to measure items or underwear.

With Persil own unique formula, we take out the pain of removing stubborn stains and help keep your clothes looking like new for longer. You can put your clothes on a 30°C wash and still easily get rid of muddy and oily stains. It is also formulated with biodegradable ingredients and the pack is 100 Percent recyclable – tough on stains, kinder to Persil planet. How to use: Add the washing powder into the dispenser drawer (see pack for full dosing instructions) and check the care labels on your garments before selecting the appropriate wash cycle and temperature. This washing powder can be used for both machine washing and handwashing. If washing clothes by hand, follow the instructions on the pack and dissolve the washing powder completely in water. Always test the colourfastness of any new coloured clothes before laundering and wash light, dark and coloured clothing separately to avoid fading or colour run.
